My name is Jon Luke, the owner of Northridge Home Inspections. I grew up on Washington’s Kitsap Peninsula, and my wife and I currently live in the quaint city of Poulsbo located in North Kitsap County.

I am highly motivated and detail-oriented, with vast experience in residential construction processes and improvements. With 20 years of experience in the building trades I have developed a strong eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.

I decided to become a licensed home inspector to help people and serve the community. Architecture is a passion, building relationships a life goal and helping homeowners realize the current condition of real estate is my purpose.
